"I have decided to take some time off to eat and grow...I am going to skip the New
York Pro this year to give me time to make improvements.
"I'll use CREALYZE during my heavy training and eat 5-6 whole meals a day with protein,
fats and carbs. I will also be taking my ISOLYZE and CARBOLYZE shakes.
"I plan to keep training with X Blues hockey player Rick Wilson and I have started
powerlifting workouts with powerlifter Justin Thacker. I am excited to see how my
physique will respond!
"By the time you see me back on stage in 2011 I will have a lot more density. It
