Leitungswasser - Dilemma

Ich trinke z.Z. täglich zwischen 5 und 6 Liter (supplementiere Creatin) Leitungswasser.Da in dem Leitungswasser ja keine Mineralstoffe enthalten sind und ich logischerweise täglich sehr sehr oft Urinieren gehe , gehen meinem Körper doch große Mengen an Mineralien verloren , oder ? Muss ich dadurch vermehrt Mineralstoffpräperate supplementieren , oder sollte ich gleich auf ein Wasser mit Mineralstoffzusätzen achten.(Evian , Vittel etc.) ? Wird natürlich ganz schön ins Geld gehen täglich 3-4 Flaschen Vittel zu trinken

Sind Evian und Vittel Tafel- oder Mineralwasser?
Weswegen sollte in deinem Leitungswasser keine Mineralstoffe enthalten sein?

Google mal etwas, du wirst dich wundern. Denn so manches Leitungswasser ist besser als das in Flaschen abgefüllte.

wer erzählt sowas, das keine minerale ( eigentlich gelöste stoffe) im leitungswasser sind. informier dich mal, woher dein leitungswasser kommt. es macht zum beispiel ziemlich viel aus, ob es aus dem grundwasser kommt (und dann aus welchem gestein) oder aus oberflächenwasser, wie zb dem bodensee. oberflächenwasser hat meist eine niedrigere mineralisierung (aber immer noch genug), da ja das wasser nicht durch ein gestein fließt, bei dem es die minerale lösen kann.
alles über die herkunft des leitungswassers usw. kannst du zb über deine stadtwerke herausfinden (städtische einrichtungen haben meist auch eine homepage). oft ist es auch so, das grundwasser mit oberflächenwasser gemischt werden. auf jeden fall hat natürliches wasser immer eine mineralisierung, es gibt wirklich gar kein natürliches wasser ohne gelöste stoffe. natrium, kalium, calcium, magnesium sind eigentlich in jedem wasser drin (also in gelöster, ionarer form natürlich)!

ach ja, das leitungswasser wird öfter kontrolliert als das zu kaufende wasser im handel! mein professer für wasserchemie, der sich also nur mit diesem thema befasst, trinkt nur leitungswasser! allerdings kommts dabei auch auf die rohre an, man sollte das wasser ca. 3 min laufen lassen, bevor man es trinkt, sonst trinkt man gelöste ionen aus dem leitungsmaterial mit, es sei denn man hat kunststoffleitungen.

Mit solchen Mengen Leitungs-oder Tafelwasser wie Du es beschrieben hast, spülst Du als Sportler Mineralien "aus" und solltest auf jeden Fall einen Teil der Wassermenge mit einem guten MINERALwasser decken bzw mit Mineralstofftabletten.
Leitungswasser enthält viel zuwenig Mineralstoffe (aus der Sicht von Sportlern zur Deckung des Mineralstoff-/Flüssigkeitsgehaltes).

schonma destilliertes wasser getrunken (wasser ohne gelöste mineralien und gase) ? gehste sofort kotzen !

In leitungswasser ist alles drin was man an mineralien braucht.

Das Leitungswasser ist wirklich wesentlich besser als sein Ruf!
Es hat grundsätzlich immer Trinkwasserqualität.
Einfach mal beim örtlichen Wasserversorger nach der Wasserzusammensetzung fragen.
Ich trinke zwar in erster Linie auch Wasser aus Flaschen, aber das nur weil mich das auch nix kostet (Mom arbeitet bei ner Brauerei - das bringt u.A. 76 Liter Freibier pro Monat ;))
