ME 6 weeks out of BXI...... i am about 212 now... i will look even bigger and harder the coming 2 weeks.... 4 weeks out i will not post any pics to make it a surprise on the stage:daumen:

Do you tell us the latest data and pictures?

Yeah sure i can tell you :)) my Training is going WELL and i will be at my best shape EVER... my wight now 96kg i might hit the stage 94kg

as i said in my last photo post that i wont post any photos 4 weeks out of the show to make it nice surprise on the stage:daumen:
