The "Freakin Rican" Gustavo Badell shows us how he trains his incredible shaped shoulders in famous Gold`s Gym on Flamingo in Sin City! This was shot during contest prep for the 2006 Arnold Classic after Gustavo had collected his second 3rd place finish at the Olympia - as always it shows the actual workout. Nothing staged for the cameras!

nette pics. sind aber von 2006 (ich weiss, steht da auch, aber ich sag es besser nochmal bevor wieder verwirrung aufkommt wie vor ein paar tagen bei den günther schlierkamp bildern :) )
Genau wie letztens nochmal ein Interview von Coleman aus 2009 und eine Posingkür von Lee Labrada hier eingestellt wurde ...
