Off-season im about 185lbs and a little bit more bodyfat. I get about 2-4k cals every other day. I try and stay lean all year round. Protein not as high compared to when I compete. The other day I got almost 400g of meat-free protein.

My diet now is almost all protein powder. Im eating rice cakes, tofu, dolmades(grape leave wraps) made with quinoa and brown rice and some fruits(yest it was figs). The protein powders im using right now are Olympian Labs pea protein and Nitro-Fusion(gross) vanilla, and Sun Warrior(brown rice protein).

Off season I use Vega protein powder. It carries 100% vitamins and minerals, but is higher in carbs.
