I am a work at home Mom, I can barely drink 8-10 glass of water everyday I felt bloated whenever I tried to drink 8-10 glasses of water. So should I do? And I always eat at the fast food and I love junk foods. I can't also exercise everyday because I work 12 hours per day and after work i felt really lazy to go on walking or jogging. And I often sleep late at night I just realized that it my life style seems to be bad. Please give me a piece of advice on how to do follow the 5 health tips.
