Cody Montgomery was born in Anchorage, Alaska on August 6th, 1994 to his parents, Rebecca and Doug. He grew up playing many sports ranging from select soccer to competitive golf. Cody later got involved in bodybuilding while training for football, he was then introduced to bodybuilding and later that year competed at the 2010 NPC Dallas Europa Supershow, where he won the teen class. As soon as he got on the stage Cody says, “it just felt right, like it was my calling…from that point on I knew it was what I wanted to pursue in life”.
