what would you advise to an advanced young man who's training for about 5 years now and whos muscle mass shape and weight remains constant since some months ?

I pay attention to my nutrition and hard training but nothing happens.
If i start eating more I build up mostly fat, if I do a diet I lose my muscle mass but shape remains the same.

Do you have some Workout Tips or plans you could post to break through a plateau?

2) What do you indicate under "hard training" ?

Is it always neccessary to use high weight or is the technique the key to success ?

3) Do you think nutrition is as essential for a amateur bodybuilder as for a pro bodybuilder ? I don't mean the amount of food but the quality and the division into protein, carbs and fat !?

Wich form of nutrition do you use ? Low Carb, Low Fat, High protein ?
