is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on January 17, 2009 at The O2, Dublin in Dublin, Ireland. It will be the UFC's first event in Dublin.

The main event will feature a light heavyweight bout between former UFC Middleweight Champion Rich Franklin and former PRIDE light heavyweight (205 lbs) and middleweight (185 lbs) Champion Dan Henderson. The winner of this fight will likely be the coach opposite Michael Bisping for the Ultimate Fighter Season 9. Also, the co-main event will feature a light heavyweight rematch between returning stars, Mauricio Rua, the PRIDE 2005 Middleweight Grand Prix Winner, and UFC hall of famer and former Heavyweight Champion Mark Coleman.
