Hidetada Yamagishi born June 30, 1973 in the last 5 years has been nothing short of AMAZING! Hide, Japan’s number one bodybuilder competed in four shows last year, qualifying for the Mr. Olympia every time out and got better with each contest ultimately finishing the year in 9th place at the Mr. Olympia beating the likes of Melvin Anthony, Silvio Samuel, Troy Alves and Dennis Wolf! Hide is one consistent bodybuilder who seems to be on a mission to compete which makes good for progress. Standing a mere 5’5 and competing around 215lb, Hide will need to continue displaying the needed muscle separation the taller bigger guys might be lacking. Hide’s weakness is his Back detail and thickness, otherwise his posing is flawless and balance is right on! He tends to have a “Water Retention” problem sometimes, let’s hope he nails it here!
