camp Menace welcomes Ifbb star Lionel Beyeke. After a disappointing 5th place finish yesterday in Tampa Lionel approached me last night to ask for a bit of guidance to help him get better for next weeks Europa show in Dallas. Me as somebody who also was born and raised in a foreign country understands how hard it is to get everything organized with food, training accommodation ect away from his home when you have no friends in the US.
I know that it's very hard to get all this organized 6 days out from the next show. My heart told me to give it a try but I also said the only way this could really work is if I would take him home with me and provide him what he needs for him to have a clear head and not worry about where to stay or what to eat and where to train. So 2 hours after the show he went a bought a 1 way ticket to Phoenix. We arrived at 9am this morning and are ready to do whatever we can to improve his condition from yesterday's showing.



Na dann sollte man mit ihm rechnen in Dallas.
