Mich würde mal mr_deathlifts Meinung zu folgendem Zitat von Brian Siders interessieren:
People often talk about how important rest is, less is more, etc. If that was true, then couch potatoes should be strong. You get stronger by putting your time in doing sets and reps, not resting.
