TheFitExpo Bicep Curl Competition
Held Sunday in the Little Theatre at TheFitExpo
Open to all event attendees - $1000 First Prize!

Put all that arm blasting you've done in the gym to money-making use in TheFitExpo's Bicep Curl Competition!
Open to attendees of TheFitExpo 2006. this men's only event will consist of competitors lifting 65lbs as many times as they can. Two judges will be assigned to each lifter, one to verify correct form (full range lift) and one to count. All judges' counts and decisions are final.
The overall winner will be the person who completes the most judge approved curls.
An amazing $1,000 CASH FIRST PRIZE will be awarded to the winner, live on stage!
You must pre-register FRIDAY, SATURDAY or SUNDAY (early day) at TheFitExpo at TheFitExpo's FITTEST COUPLE/BICEP CURL SIGN UP BOOTH in the main expo hall. Depending on the interest in this event you may be called upon to do a certain minimum amount of lifts to qualify for stage time competition. You will also be required to sign a standard hold harmless release form prior to competing. Note: Those 17 years or younger will require a co-signature of a parent on their waiver form that will be signed before competing.
The Contest will be held Sunday afternoon and you must be a ticket buying attendee of TheFitExpo to enter. This event is not open to professional athletes.
