good job mo and good luck for your future plans!
i'd be interested in the complete training routine of yours with sets/reps and excercises. it appears your rep range is fairly high, would be interesting to see what the rest of your routine looks like.
by the way, forget about lewis' legs...take a look at your back and your arms .

Sometimes I train light, other times I train heavy. I used to train heavy most of the time but my joints started to ache, so I only train heavy every two workouts now to keep my joint healthy. I would be lying if I told you that I follow a set routine. I change my workout all the time, like every single workout is different. There are certain things that I don't change for each bodypart; like deadlifts for back, bench press of chest, etc. But otherwise it's always different - I hate routine, it's boring.
My diet is real easy. For the most part I try to eat 2-3lbs.(1kilo) of meat and I drink 3 60gram protein shakes/day. For carbs I have rice with my meat and oats with my protein. The kind of meat changes with my bodyfat levels. If it's high, I'll eat fish. If it's low, I'll eat redmeat. Hope this help you. Good luck and God bless -Mo

How do you feel about the BBC Documentary where youre part of it?
How does it feel to lose against Jason Croce?
In my opinion you where the better man, and whats now? Now one hears about Jason and the whole community is talking about YOU!
U rock bro!

I was not better than Croce in '02. Most of the pictures here are from '03. I was soft and smooth in '02. I was holding way too much water and I overspilt in trying to overcarb to absorb all the water that I was holding from the hospital incident. Thanks for your comments
I don't like Jason't attitude. I believe his mom should slap him and put him in his place. I didn't really like the documentry much because it made it seem like teen bodybuilders are babies. You had a guy that had his mom shave his ass, Another guy that whines about everything, and little or no coverage of the rest of the competitors. I liked Sean D'aurillio - he is such a good person - the way he treats his parents, etc. I don't care if he lied about using steroids. Only God knows how his parents would have taken it.... My coverage was alright, however, they didn't include much of what was covered outside of the hospital incident.
I was going to do a documentry with MTV, but, they wanted me to sit there and explain that my physique is a result of steroids. So internationaly I would be known as "The steroid user". Needless to say I turned them down.
