"white fibers = fast twitch
Red fibers = slow twitch
fast twitch fibers are 30% bigger than slow twitch
If you work your fast twitch fibers out you will gain massive size compared to building slow twitch fibers.
How do you build fast twitch? by using EXPLOSIVE movements with heavy wieght.
