Fazit : Training war in Ordnung, die Beinpresswerte sind nur sehr schwach mMn...
Reaktion meinerseits : Kalorien so belassen, an Tagen mit dieser TE wird ums Training das doppelte an Reis gegessen... Hoffe dass es dann besser wird.
